🎉 Creative Competition – Swindon Youth Festival of Literature 2025 🎉
Calling all budding poets, storytellers and illustrators! Here's your chance to shine in this year's exciting creative competition. Choose one (or more!) of the following categories and let your imagination soar:
✍️ Poetry – Write an original poem on the theme of Belonging.
🎨 Illustration – Create a unique artwork in any style or size on the theme of Belonging
📖 Story Writing – Craft a short story (max 500 words) that explores the theme of Belonging
🏆 Amazing Prizes up for grabs:
• Poetry & Illustration: £30 / £20 / £10 in book tokens
• Story: £20 / £15 / £10 in book tokens
• Plus: The best story wins the Writing Ambassador’s Trophy for your school, the winning poem will be performed at The Signal Festival and the winning illustrations will be exhibited at Swindon Central Library!
